Most of the PUBG players are aware that the season dates in PUBG Mobile and Battle Ground Mobile India (BGMI) are the same i.e they begin and end on the same date. Therefore it is expected that the BGMI update will be released along with the PUBG's global version. Mobile Update 1.5 is expected to release on July 8th, just one day, which is also announced in the game's ongoing pre-registration event.

Developers have been testing out the Mobile update 1.5 for the past couple of weeks.  Tencent has been asking players to download the beta version online and because of this, the pre-registration event of update 1.5 has crossed a number of 150 million players.

The Royal Pass (RP) in both game version BGMI and global version will end on July 12th, it will be locked and players will not be able to complete the remaining missions. The new Royal Pass is expected to commence after one day on July 14th.

New Additions

The new update is expected to introduce two major additions: AntiGravity Bike and MG3 light machine guns. As per the latest reports, the Anti-Grav technology of the Bike will help it to float over the water, which will change the players' gaming strategies.

Update Release Time

It is expected that the game will be ready to download on Thursday, July 8th around 1AM. However, the exact time has not been announced by Tencent yet. As already mentioned both versions of the game, BGMI and Global version will be released at the same time.

As Tencent has been delivering it's patched using the regional time system, therefore some players have to wait longer than others.

PUBG is also expected to release the 20th season of the game this week. Usually, the game's new season releases after 5 days of the successful release of the patch. However, it totally depends on Tencent to provide exact information about this.
